The "favorites" page on any Web site is always a slippery slope. It's kind of like looking at your best friend's CD collection only to discover a well-loved Milli Vanilli disk. Sadly, some of my favorites are very much those dirty little indulgences ... and of course, gratuitous plugs for my friends Web sites too. And now, in no particular order, MY FAVORITES:

• Mario Pianist - This site is like a Steinway retelling of my youth.
• Kessler Cookie Company - Not that I expect free cookies for this plug or anything, just doing my foodie duty to spread the word about this cookie goodness.
  

          SAME OL' FAVORITES:

• The LA Mafia  - Who says only Jennifer Beals can rock the Flashdanced off-the-shoulder t-shirt? My friends Sarah and Amanda can style with the best of them. One visit with them and you'll wonder how you ever lived without armsocks.
• Broadway.com - I loves me some showtunes ... need I say more.
• Peter Pan Guy - Although technically not a favorite, it is possibly the creepiest site ever, and I would be terribly remiss no to share the horror that is a grown man in his bowl cut and Little Lord Fauntleroy glory.
• IMDB - Ever wonder what became of the other guy from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure? Find out on this site. A must for the purveyors of pop culture.
• Barcelona Bath & Body - If ylike ylike ylang ylang, then you will love my friend Rachel's fantastic bodycare line. I was fortunate enough to be a tester nose on some of these delighful fragrance blends.
• Daily Candy - After years of pining away for this site to showcase Dallas, they finally have. Sign up today for trendy tidbits to be delivered to your e-mail daily.
